Hey Everyone!

The SHAPE Office will be closed December 18th, 2021 – January 3rd, 2022. We’re taking some time to rest, recharge, and heal during the break.

We’ll be back as a resource for the rest of Winter Break in the new Year.

If you would like to connect with supportive resources in the meantime, here are some options to consider:

  • Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS)
    Please contact the CAPS On-Call Therapist (available 24/7) for crisis support for you, a friend, or a student you work with, call 860-685-2910
  • Women & Families Center (located in Meriden, serving greater Middletown area) Off-campus, local rape crisis center for folks who have experienced (or know others who have experienced) sexual violence
    24/7 Hotline (free, confidential, staffed by a Certified Rape Crisis Counselor/Advocate)
